Terms of NFT Sale Service

Article 1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms apply exclusively to your participation in the NFT Sale conducted on the Olympian Games platform. Any matters not expressly provided herein shall be governed by applicable laws, separate Olympian Games policies, or generally accepted practices.
Article 2. Nature of the NFT Sale and Investment Disclaimer
The NFTs offered through this NFT Sale are not securities, investment contracts, or financial products, and do not grant you any ownership, voting rights, dividend rights, or profit-sharing interests in the Company.
No regulatory authority has reviewed or approved this NFT Sale. You participate entirely at your own risk and judgment.
NFTs are inherently highly speculative and volatile, and their value may fluctuate significantly or become worthless. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the future value, liquidity, or resale potential of any NFT.
Nothing contained in these Terms or related materials constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before purchasing any NFTs.
Article 3. Restrictions on Participation and User Obligations
Purchasing NFTs is subject to the laws and regulations of digital assets and cryptocurrencies. It is solely your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The NFTs described herein may not be offered or sold, directly or indirectly, to:
(i) citizens or residents of the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union member states;
(ii) any person or entity subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or the United States.
Additionally, no individual, entity, or affiliate deemed a “Prohibited Person” may own, buy, or sell NFTs. This includes nationals or residents of Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Crimea, Russia, Belarus, or those on sanctions lists of the U.S., UN, EU, or UK.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
You agree to complete any KYC/AML procedures if required by the Company, acknowledging that participation may be restricted or denied based on these checks.
You warrant that all funds used are lawfully obtained and that you are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your transactions.
Article 4. NFT Ownership and Intellectual Property
By purchasing NFTs through this NFT Sale, you acquire ownership of the NFT token itself, recorded on the blockchain under your wallet address.
Ownership does not include copyrights or other intellectual property rights to linked images, videos, or game items. Such rights remain with the creator or the Company unless expressly stated otherwise.
You have only a limited right to use any linked digital content within the scope notified by the Company. Any commercial use requires the Company’s prior written consent.
You may freely transfer, sell, or gift your NFT, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
Article 5. No Refunds and Finality of Transactions
All NFT purchases through this NFT Sale are final and irreversible upon confirmation.
Except as required by applicable law, the Company does not provide any refunds or cancellations.
The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel purchases at its sole discretion.
Article 6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
NFTs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You assume all risks associated with smart contract failures, blockchain network attacks, wallet compatibility issues, and regulatory changes.
You are solely responsible for securely protecting the social accounts (such as Google or Apple) linked to the wallet address generated through Sui zkLogin. If these accounts are compromised or lost, you may permanently lose access to your NFTs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your participation in the NFT Sale, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Article 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the NFT Sale shall be governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ADGM.
Article 8. Changes to Terms
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website or other electronic means. Continued participation after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
