Cornucopia Playbook
This playbook is a guide to Cornucopia, which stands alongside the League of Games as one of the two central pillars of the Olympian Games service.
It is designed to serve as a detailed and friendly reference for every Olympian, providing guidance on gameplay, DeFi services, and ways to design a life that balances the joyful challenges of being a gamer with the stable and mindful aspects of real life.
What is Cornucopia?
Among the 12 gods of Olympus, Demeter, the goddess of abundance, possessed Cornucopia; the fabled horn of plenty capable of producing unlimited food, crops, and even wealth.
In Olympian Games, Cornucopia is the service that, together with the League of Games, forms the twin foundations of the ecosystem. In gaming terminology, Game Play signifies the act of playing, while Game Life reflects the deep integration of games into players’ time and daily life.
Cornucopia was conceived from the idea of making Game Life a form of life that provides genuine benefit to the gamer— an intentional and positive extension of gaming into everyday living. It has rendered gameplay as a form that had never existed anywhere in the world— a game outside games—and unfolded it through the League of Games, and to this we add the rebirth of everyday life (real life) into the joyful paradigm of a game, genuine game life, Cornucopia.
Characteristics of Cornucopia are as follows.
Virtual-Mirror World Metaverse, Bridging Games and Reality
For a gamer to truly hold the status of a profession, it is not enough to simply create income through a play to earn model. We must first ask a more fundamental question: Why do we work?
While self-realization and mastery of skills are important, the essential purpose of work is to secure financial stability for oneself and one’s dependents, now and in the future.
In real life, income from one’s profession sustains daily living. This is supported by financial tools such as:
Savings to grow surplus funds
Loans to resolve temporary shortages
Insurance to protect against unforeseen loss
Pensions to provide income when professional earnings decline or cease
If the League of Games provides gamers with a profession, Cornucopia is designed so that this profession can serve various functions in real life. To that end, not only does it take on the character of a mirror world that shares the same structure as reality, but it also enables actual operation not just in form and structure but within the virtual world, we have built a new form of metaverse that cannot be delineated by existing methods, a metagameso we call it.
The most distinctive characteristic of Cornucopia lies in the direction of its mirroring. Here, the decentralized financial life implemented in the game world is carried outward into the real world, bringing genuine and positive effects to the lives of participants.
The table below shows how Cornucopia translates real-world financial tools into gamified DeFi systems.
Loan
Sponsored Play
Enables league participation with sponsor support when the player cannot afford the ticket cost
Deposit
Patronage
Allows players to deposit surplus funds to sponsor skilled champions, sharing in their prize revenue
Insurance
O.W.L
Provides compensation for losses, enabling champions to maintain a stable gaming environment.
Pension
Honorary Pension
Grants ongoing rewards for achievements and contributions, regardless of current gameplay activity
Gamification of Complex Finance: Obtain Essential Items, the Potions!
In most games, potions are essential items used to strengthen and restore characters. Cornucopia extends that concept to real life, reinterpreting complex DeFi metrics as universally familiar potions.
Through this gamification, something that might initially seem difficult becomes intuitive and engaging. There is a general consensus among players that “having more potions is always better,” and this mindset helps them naturally understand the value and direction of the service.
Cornucopia introduces four essential potions, each with a unique role and value:

SP potion
(Sponsored_Play
)
Each potion corresponds to 1 SOX (100 DP), and the number of potions you hold is the maximum ticket price limit you can be sponsored for. An increase or decrease in potions signifies a change in your sponsorship limit.

PP potion
(Patronage_Pool
)
A potion granted as a proof of deposit according to the number of tokens you’ve staked; its price varies with the prize distribution performance of the Sponsored Champion. The initial set price is 1 SOX (100 DP). The current value of the potion is the amount you can withdraw by returning the potion.

MP potion
(O.W.L
)
Whenever a Sponsored Champion incurs a loss, one potion is awarded per 1 SOX (100 DP). However, if participation in all rounds of the season is discontinued, all awarded potions are reclaimed. The current value of the potion represents the payout awarded per potion held after the season ends. In short, the payment criterion and the current value do not coincide.

HP potion
(Honorary_Pension
)
When you achieve an accomplishment, you receive as many potions as specified for that achievement; these potions do not disappear but accumulate and are used to calculate your share when pensions are distributed. The value of one potion is the pension amount paid after the season ends.
A World that Changes in Real Time: My Actions Influence the Entire Metagame
Within the Olympian Games ecosystem, changes in the League of Games inevitably exert greater or lesser effects on Cornucopia’s four services.
If a game provides its value as content, Olympian Games provides its value as a platform. As playing time grows and the appeal of the game’s core, control‑based gameplay gradually diminishes, the metagame supplements it with a form of structured and management-oriented gameplay experience. Through this design, user engagement, which in the early stages is centered on the game itself, naturally shifts in the mid to later stages toward the economic ecosystem and the community. Over time, the metagame becomes the player’s living environment, and their own gameplay comes to be perceived as a professional pursuit.
To ensure that this structured metagame play functions effectively, all information within Olympian Games is updated in real time. Since league play is based on rankings, a competitor’s own performance is as important as the performance of other contenders. Accordingly, the live ranking is one of the most critical pieces of information.
Changes in rank also bring immediate adjustments to projected prize winnings, patronage returns, insurance payouts, and pension amounts. Because these figures are updated instantly, it becomes nearly impossible to take your eyes off the Olympian Games platform. This meta-information is refreshed continuously, with the potential for up to 86,400 updates in a single day.
Recent trends in the mobile era reflect a preference for shorter, more immediate content, as seen in the popularity of short‑forms or reels, and for the real‑time management of both traditional assets like stocks and emerging assets such as cryptocurrencies, all from the palm of your hand. In time, Olympian Games will take its place at the center of this integrated lifestyle, gradually but inevitably becoming a natural part of everyday life.
