("Company," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
Please review these Terms carefully before using the Services.
Article 1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms set forth the rights and obligations between you ("User") and the Company regarding your use of all services provided under Olympian Games.
Any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by separate Olympian Games policies or operational rules, relevant laws, or generally accepted social norms and standards as mutually recognized by Users and the Company.
The Services utilize blockchain technology and comply with international law and local regulations in applicable jurisdictions.

Article 4. Account Registration and Management
To use the Services, you must register an account with accurate, current information. If you use false or third-party information, the Company will not assist you, and you may be excluded from any benefits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials (ID, password, private key, etc.).
You must not share your access credentials or allow third parties to use your account. The Company provides no protection against fraud or theft resulting from such actions.
Account sharing, renting, cash transactions, or abnormal transfers/sales are strictly prohibited.
You should regularly change your password to protect against fraud. The Company strongly recommends exercising caution during transactions.
Accounts with no login activity for a specified period (e.g., 12 months or 2 years) may be classified as "dormant accounts." The Company may delete such accounts or store their data separately. Deletion may result in forfeiture of all content licenses and off-chain asset balances.
You may terminate your account at any time, but certain personal data may continue to be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
Special Provisions for zkLogin Accounts:
You are solely responsible for securing your OAuth accounts (e.g., Google, Facebook, Twitch).
You must safely store your Salt value; if lost, it cannot be recovered.
You must periodically re-login due to expiration of temporary keys.
It is your responsibility to review any changes in terms and policies of OAuth providers.
Article 5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in conduct that disrupts the Services or harms other Users, including:
Using, distributing, or creating hacks, cracks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify the Service.
Exploiting bugs, errors, or undocumented issues for unfair advantage.
Impersonating Company staff or misrepresenting identity/affiliation.

Using offensive, obscene, discriminatory, impersonating, or otherwise prohibited names.
Producing, using, or distributing illegal programs (subject to legal action).
Operating multiple accounts or bot farms to unfairly acquire items or cash out.
Failing to verify transaction contents to prevent errors.
Violating these rules may result in penalties including service restrictions, account suspension, permanent bans, and forced confiscation or reduction of improperly obtained items or currencies.
The Company may edit, move, or delete User content without prior notice to maintain a healthy community, and restrict Service access if necessary.
You are responsible for protecting your login and registration data, and liable for all activities conducted through your account.
Article 6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by the Company.
You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for personal purposes, and may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it without prior written consent.
By providing communications, images, videos, sounds, content, or other materials ("User Content") to the Service, you grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable and sublicensable, worldwide license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works in any media for any purpose (including commercial and advertising), and you waive any moral rights.
The Company will not sell, rent, or transfer your User Content for commercial purposes without your prior consent.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may notify the Company through designated procedures.
Article 7. Digital Assets, Virtual Items, and Blockchain Services
You do not own but only hold usage rights to any virtual currencies, items, NFTs, or FTs obtained via the Services. Such rights may be altered or revoked at any time.
Digital assets are highly volatile, subjective, and lack intrinsic value. The Company disclaims liability for value fluctuations and resulting losses.
All transactions involving digital assets are final and irreversible once confirmed.
You are fully responsible for storing and managing your wallet, private keys, and mnemonic phrases. The Company cannot technically recover lost data.
Purchases of digital assets are non-refundable, except as required by law. Permanent account suspensions result in loss of all licenses and balances tied to that account.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying taxes arising from your digital asset transactions. The Company does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
The Company does not control third-party wallet extensions (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). You are subject to their terms.
The Company has no control over "gas fees" or similar blockchain charges. You bear full responsibility for such fees, which are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of blockchain, risks like network congestion, errors, hacks, and forks exist. The Company is not liable for such risks or third-party wallet issues.
Special Provisions for zkLogin Wallets:
Addresses are generated based on OAuth + Salt, making them incompatible with traditional wallets.
If both your JWT and Salt are compromised, there is a risk to your privacy.
A slight delay (approximately 3 seconds) in generating zero-knowledge proofs is a normal process.
If an OAuth provider discontinues its service, you may lose access to your wallet.
Additional Blockchain Technology Risks:
Wallet compatibility risks: using incompatible wallets may result in permanent loss of digital assets.
Risks from bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts.
Risks from blockchain network attacks, forks, or congestion.
If you lose your private key, it cannot be recovered permanently.
Article 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Company makes no warranties about completeness, security, or reliability.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from technical issues, user negligence, third-party acts (e.g., viruses, hacks), data loss, or service changes.
The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Users or with third parties and assumes no liability for such disputes.
The Company's total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services.
Disclaimers Regarding zkLogin and Blockchain:
The Company is not responsible for loss of access due to OAuth provider service interruptions, account suspensions, or policy changes.
The Company is not responsible for technical issues or delays in zero-knowledge proof generation services.
Due to the inherent nature of blockchain networks, transactions are irreversible.
The Company is not liable for digital asset losses caused by wallet compatibility issues.
Article 9. Restoration Policy
If currency, items, or characters are lost or altered due to technical errors, restoration may be attempted within data-verifiable limits.
However, the Company does not restore losses caused by user negligence, including:
Failure to link accounts to partner services or loss of codes.
Accidental use, sale, or crafting of items.
Losses from personal network or device issues.
Scams (impersonation or exploitation of personal relationships).
Losses from unauthorized cash/account trades.
Data changes from negligence or non-compliance with security protocols.
Restoration requests must be filed via in-game support or the designated email within 7 days of the issue.
Article 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts.
You agree that such disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Any claims arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or such claim is permanently barred.
Article 11. Miscellaneous
Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience only. In case of inconsistencies, the English version controls.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent, leaving remaining provisions intact.
The Company's failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.
